My own studio classes are taught in my small studio at my house in Sithney.

The studio is purpose built and has a rope wall and all other equipment that may be needed, chairs, mats, blocks, bricks etc.

As it is a smaller space indoor studio classes need to booked directly through me via my contact details in the contact section.

In the warmer months some of the studio classes are moved into the garden for an outdoor class.

There are toilets are the studio and plenty of free parking on the road outside.

I can accommodate up to 10 in the studio, and teach private classes, 1 to 1s, pregnancy yoga, children’s classes, parent and child and classes on demand as well as the timetabled ones.

Studio classes are general classes and taught according to who attends, but they are smaller groups and more intimate.
