The cattlemarket class on a Monday night is taught in the big room in the Cattlemarket building in Helston, as the room is large so drop-ins are welcome.

It is a general class taught according to who attends. There is some free parking within The cattlemarkets own car park, and also a pay car park in-front (make sure you check which one you are in and buy a ticket in the paying one they are hot on parking enforcement).

There are toilets and I supply some equipment but if you have a mat, a blanket and any other yoga props that is useful.
