The classes here are usually an hour and are taught in the bar and restaurant - clubhouse area outside of the opening hours, and seasonally outside overlooking the sea and countryside.

It is a general class and can accommodate most abilities.

There is free parking at the venue, by the clubhouse.

There are toilets and I supply some equipment but if you have a mat, a blanket and any other yoga props that is useful.
